Attorney Ronald Tolbert, II

Attorney Ronald Tolbert, II comes to the Gucciardo Law Firm with a passion to help people in their most difficult moments. Having gone through a divorce himself, Ronald is dedicated to ensure that the client’s journey through the court process is as easy as possible. He received his J.D., Cum Laude, from the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School and was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 2015.  While in school, he was a board member of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review, assisted in having an article published in the Quinnipiac Law Review, and volunteered in Thomas M. Cooley’s Service to Soldiers program, where he assisted in writing wills and trusts for soldiers going into combat. He also served as Vice-Chair of the Student Committee for the Oakland County Bar Association. Ronald is professionally affiliated with the Michigan State Bar Association, The MBA Family Law Section, The Oakland County Bar Association and the Institute for Continuing Legal Education.

Prior to coming to the Gucciardo Law Firm, Ronald was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Kirsten Nielsen Hartig, Judge at the 52-4 District Court in Troy, Michigan.  There, he observed and engaged in thousands of civil and criminal proceedings, gaining valuable insight on how to effectively practice law.

Ronald wants to know his clients’ stories so that he can relay what they have to say and offer the best representation possible.  He is dedicated to giving parents a voice before the law and representing the children who would not otherwise have a legal voice.
